WARRANTY
FIRST 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE
For the first 30 days from your time of purchase (proof of purchase required) we will cover all factory defects with your shotgun. Factory defects include non functioning shotguns out of the box. Damage caused by the user is not covered. We will provide a UPS shipping label to have the shotgun sent back to us for warranty work and repair. It is on the customer to securely pack of the shotgun to avoid any damage during shipping. Any damage to the shotgun during shipping that is a result of poor packaging will not be covered. So please pack your shotgun carefully and securely to avoid any damage during shipping. We will also cover return shipping to the address provided. Because this is a warranty service the shotgun can be shipped to and from your house directly no dealer of FFL is needed.

We will not cover any damage to the shotgun that happens due to poor packaging. If you received the shipping label via email print it off and tape it to the outside of the box. If the label was shipped to you via mail take it and stick it to the outside of the box. Drop it off at any UPS location.
If a spare part is needed to fix the issue and avoid having the shotgun sent in it will be provided at no cost
