The reason for this is that when you call us with a problem, the technician answering the phone is very knowledgeable about our firearms. Quite often problems are fixed, simply by walking you through the problem over the phone. Consequently, it’s always best to call and talk to one of our Hatfield techs before going through the time and expense of sending the gun in for repair.
However, if you do need to send your Hatfield shotgun in for repair, we will diligently work to get your firearm back to you ASAP. Out of warranty firearms will be inspected, the problem will be identified and the cost of the repair calculated. Once approved, and payment is received, repairs start immediately. Return shipping is by UPS Ground. The tracking numbers will be sent to you by e-mail if provided. Due to worldly issues and high demands, there will be no lead time given at this time.
